Military Neighborhood vs. Civilian Neighborhood

It’s amazing the difference between living in a military community and a civilian one. I have found that military neighbors can be a lot more quiet compared to living to a civilian one. Maybe it’s because my parents live in an apartment building and my husband and I live in a house. I’m not sure.

What is you’r opinion. I would love to know how many of you have experienced both.

    I agree! I have lived in both- prefer the peace and calm of being on base!

    Military neighbors can be definitely more quiet as compare to civilians.

    Reason behind that they follow the rules and regulation strictly.
